- Build the operating foundation for Zealot's UK presence across offices, vendors, recruiting, travel, and customer logistics.
- Run high-priority projects end-to-end with clear owners, deadlines, and follow-through.
- Coordinate closely with the US team while becoming the dependable local point of contact for UK activity.
- Create lightweight systems that preserve speed as the team and customer base grow.
§Requirements
- Several years of high-ownership operations experience in a startup, technical company, or similarly demanding environment.
- Excellent judgement, attention to detail, and written communication.
- Ability to manage sensitive work discreetly and reliably.
- Based in the United Kingdom with flexibility for regular in-person work and travel.
§Nice to Have
- Experience setting up a new office, entity, or regional operation.
- Familiarity with government, security, or regulated customer environments.
- Experience supporting recruiting and technical customer engagements.
