You will run engineering across emulation, agents, identity, and surfaces. The bar is extreme talent density and a weekly cadence of customer-visible wins.
§What you'll do
- Grow a team of ~30 engineers across DC and Tel Aviv.
- Own architecture, roadmap, hiring, and delivery against classified customer milestones.
- Partner with the CEO and CTO on what to build next.
§Who we're looking for
- You've led cyber R&D orgs before — at a unit, a primes shop, or a frontier lab.
- You still write code. You still read diffs.
- Top secret clearance or clearance-eligible, U.S. person.
